These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Hydra & Glow IV Med Pod. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Hydra & Glow IV Med Pod provides mobile intravenous (IV) drip services. The specific services offered may vary and are detailed on our website.

3. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments are required for all services. Cancellation policies are outlined on our website and are subject to fees. We require 48 hours’ advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling to receive a full deposit refund. As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation message before your scheduled appointment. 

We offer a 10 minute grace period during your appointment. Please notify us if you’re running late. If lateness or no-shows occur
more than twice, we reserve the right to deny future services.

4. Payment Terms

Deposits are required at booking and go toward your final balance. Payment can be made via card on file.

Payment for services is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods are: Venmo, Cash App, or credit card.

5. Health Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information to our staff. Failure to do so may affect the safety and efficacy of your treatment.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Hydra & Glow IV Med Pod is not responsible for any adverse reactions or complications arising from the use of our services. 

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey.

8. Changes to Terms

Hydra & Glow IV Med Pod reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
